    No, completion of the call forms isn't necessary. However, every insurance company licensed to write workers' compensation insurance in the state of Minnesota MUST complete and file the Acknowledgment Form.

    As stated in the Minnesota Aggregate Financial Data Reporting Handbook, "premium generated and losses arising from the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 are excluded from the standard financial calls."


  • Are claims associated with COVID-19 included in the Financial Calls?

    Claim experience associated with Extraordinary Loss Event (ELE) Catastrophe Code 12 must be included in all Calls.  Specifically, all COVID-19 claims greater than zero must be included in the Large Loss and Catastrophe Call—LL Call.


  • Where can I find information on which premium components are included or excluded from the Financial Calls?

  • Do we have to submit accident year and policy year large deductible calls in ACCEDE even if we have no information for them?

  • I've entered my Policy and/or Calendar-Accident Year data in ACCEDE and saved it, but now when I go to view the data I entered, it's gone. What happened?

    Your cache may be full in your Internet Explorer browser.  Go to Tools (menu), Internet Options (menu), General (tab), Temporary Internet File - Delete Files (button), Delete all offline content (checkbox), Ok (button), Ok (button).  This will clear your cache and allow you to view the data you entered.


  • No matter what page of the call in ACCEDE is currently displayed when I hit the printer icon, the page printed is always Page 1 of the call. Why?
